In Morocco, eating and drinking habits are different and various. As an example, people in Morocco usually eat together. They don’t eat from individual plates; we aren’t like Europe where generally Every one eats from his or her own plate. Also, people don’t use forks and knives. They use their hands or fingers. Before we eat, we usually wash our hands and say « in the name of god » and when we finish we say « thanks god ». Concerning drinking, tea is the most famous drink. We use it in a special way and we present it either separately or with some cakes. Also, in Arab countries, it is not a good habit to drink water before we eat because it is not healthy; in addition to this we must not drink standing. We drink while sitting down.
